The Open-Air Museum of Wooden Folk Architecture from the Dobczyce has from then onwards ampliated the exhibition with objects and stories from the recent history of the region.
The museum also includes in its grounds a castle which was investigated at the beginning of the sixsties and was partly reconstructed in situ.
The museum has educational programmes for children and organizes events also with the use of historical re-enactment.
