Time to say Goodbye

In 2021, Stefanie Ulrich joined EXARC as office manager. Unfortunately, she is now leaving. What follows is a personal message from her. EXARC wishes her a bright future.

"After fifteen months with EXARC, it is sadly time for me to dive into other adventures in the next year. I have enjoyed my time here and will miss being part of the EXARC community.

Thank you, Roeland and Magda, and the Board for the opportunity and for making my start in this new country easier and smoothly. I have learned a lot in the last few months, and I was glad for the help I received from everyone. Even before my start, I received a warm welcome from former EXARC chair Pascale Barnes when we met up in the UK before my departure to the Netherlands.

I think my personal highlight was the online conference on sustainability in open-air museums, a topic that is also personally close to my heart. I’m looking forward to hearing about what EXARC will achieve in the future.

From volunteer to member, thank you everyone for making my time at EXARC so lovely and enjoyable. I’m glad I had the chance to meet some of you in person, to learn about your amazing experiments and projects and help you with any questions you might have had. I hope to read more about them either in the EXARC Journal or online on the EXARC social media channels!

I will stay in the Netherlands, and I’m happy to stay in touch."
