On the occasion of the European Heritage Days 2018, the Asociation. Paleoes - eXperimentalTech ArcheoDrome o organises a day entirely dedicated to experimental archeology, aimed at both adults and children, to explain experimental archaeology, with a view to inclusion and participation.
This day will take place at the National Etruscan Museum of Villa Giulia. We welcome all visitors from 10:00h to 18.00h in the Villa Giulia courtyard in the experimental demonstration areas. Experimental archaeologists will allow visitors to observe raw materials, understand techniques and learn technological knowledge such as stone chipping, textile production, metalworking, ancient navigation and plant weaving.
At 11:00h and 16:00h, experimental demonstrations will take place under active participation of the public.
